Mercedes’ Story

When I first met StephanieAnn and her team, it was at my neighbor’s estate sale and I admired how well everything was organized, displayed, and professionally handled. I was later referred to StephanieAnn by one of my neighbors once I was ready to have an estate sale of my own. I was very impressed by her thoroughness, knowledge and professionalism. She had a wealth of information and referrals for me since I was trying to handle numerous issues associated with my parents house as well as unloading over 50yrs of stuff from a 3 story house! I knew emptying out a house that big would be too burdensome of a job to take on alone.  

 I did not think she would be able to get the job done with her team in 2 weeks but she did! I was very impressed with their hard work and dedication. She was very understanding of the situation I was in, with managing the care of my elderly father who has been deteriorating in health and dealing with the loss of my mother along with the emotional attachment to the house I was born and raised in. She guided me throughout the whole process and always kept me informed of their progress as they slowly emptied out the house. StephanieAnn and her staff found many hidden valuables and treasures from every nook and cranny. Each item of high or sentimental value was always brought to my attention. I admired their thoroughness and was mostly impressed by their honesty and integrity. They were all very professional and kind as well as helpful. I like to refer to her team as my “God-sent angels” since they liberated me from a house which caused an enormous load of stress and anxiety in my life. They took a huge burden off my shoulders and I can’t begin to thank them enough!

 The estate sale was a huge success! Items were strategically displayed and well organized. There was a crew of 8 people including security guards. It was very well managed considering the pandemic we are in. The estate sale turned out to be a success! I received double of what I thought I would receive in profit plus I was able to make connections to Consignment companies with some lingering items, in which StephanieAnn referred me too.  I continue to admire her charisma, kindness, thoughtfulness, honesty, knowledge, dedication, reliability, thoroughness, and professionalism. I highly recommend Stephanie Ann and her staff to anyone who is interested in having to unload many items from small or large homes. They have definitely exceeded my expectations and I am sure they will for you.
