About StephanieAnn

StephanieAnn has been in the estate sale business since 2010. She got her start working as a manager for an estate sale company, and quickly fell in love with the business and the art of negotiation. It was then that StephanieAnn decided to venture out on her own and start her own estate sales business.

She is a hands-on business owner who loves all parts of the estate sale process, from start to finish. Throughout her years of experience, she has found the perfect balance between care, kindness, ambition, and professionalism, using her expertise to provide quality service to her clients with impressive results.

While she loves and appreciates all sales, StephanieAnn’s favorite kinds of sales are ones where her clients decide to leave all possessions behind in order to start an exciting new life in a brand new place. She loves the unexpected aspect of every sale, and that she can always be surprised at what she may find.

She absolutely loves her staff– a team she has carefully hand-selected over the years, making sure every staff member upholds her “kinder, gentler” standard.

In her free time, StephanieAnn likes to spend time with her family, pets, travel and friends. If you see her at an estate sale, make sure to ask her about her favorite hobby of the moment: horseback riding!
