Antiquity Estate Sales is happy to host estate sales for a wide variety of situations: for families of those who have passed away, those who are moving into assisted living, experiencing a divorce, or clients who are simply moving across the country with nothing but their personal items. No matter the situation, Antiquity Estate Sales does its best to ensure that your property and situation is properly respected and valued, so you can get the most out of your estate sale.

How We Operate

As every customer has led a different lifestyle, we sell a wide variety of items, such as clothing, furniture, cars, fine jewelry, kitchenware, appliances, and anything else that is left on the property. Our expert staff will clean, organize, stage, research and price items, so you can be at peace that your estate sale is going to run smoothly.

Outreach

We put in extra effort to ensure that your estate sale is a success. Our sales are advertised on 20 online sources with beautiful pictures. At your discretion, we also can post in local papers to ensure maximum coverage to your sale. While our name may start with “Antiquity,” we use the most current technology for outreach, notifying thousands of customers on an email database during your sale. Additionally, signs are posted throughout the neighborhood showing directions and inviting passerby’s, encouraging heavy foot traffic. We follow up with a 3 to 4 day sale to the public.  

Extra Logistics

A receipt book is kept for each transaction of sales and totals. We donate items left after a sale, and a donation slip is given to the owner, which not only helps with keeping records, but also serves the owner for tax purposes. House cleaning is available upon request; we can leave a clean empty home ready for sale or tenants.

Facts and Stats

Part of the beauty of an estate sale is never truly knowing what you are going to find, and we love to experience that as well! While we do sell many typical items at estate sales such as clothing, furniture, and appliances, we also sell items that are a little more out of the ordinary, taking the time and care to make sure that they are sold to the right owners through proper channels. Past unique items include: 19th Century Music Box (with records), vintage Cadillac, Louis Vuitton luggage, guns, diamonds, and many more!

On average, 90% of items in our estate sales sell, and often times, more.

With every sale, our customer list grows, and customer return rate increases. We do our best to make sure that our customers have amazing experiences, and it shows! We constantly have customers coming back for more sales, and have built a reputation in the community for high quality and fairly-priced estate sales.
